At the same time, suitable IRG hot water, GYG high temperature, IHG corrosive chemical pumps, and YG oil pumps are dispatched on the basis of ISG pipeline centrifugal pumps according to different operating temperatures, media, etc. This product has the characteristics of same energy efficiency, low noise, and stable performance. Our scientific and technological personnel, in collaboration with domestic water pump experts, have selected excellent hydraulic models and used the performance parameters of IS centrifugal pumps to cleverly combine and design them on the basis of general vertical pumps. This series of products has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, and reliable performance. Complies with the latest national standard JB/T53058-1993 of the Ministry of Machinery. The product is designed and manufactured according to the ISO02858 standard.
Product Features 1. The vertical pipeline centrifugal pump has a compact structure, small volume, and beautiful appearance. Its structure determines that the installation area is small. If a protective cover is added, it can be placed outdoors for use.
2. The impeller is directly installed on the motor shaft to ensure the concentricity of the pump, thereby enhancing the operational stability of the pump and extending its service life.
3. The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or a combination of mechanical seals, using high-quality hard alloy sealing rings to enhance the wear resistance of the seal and effectively extend the service life of the pump.
4. Easy installation and maintenance, no need to disassemble the piping system. The inlet and outlet of the pump have the same diameter, simplifying the connection of the pipeline.
5. Series or parallel operation of pumps can be adopted according to the needs of flow rate and head.
6. According to the needs, the suction and discharge ports can be installed in the same direction or in several different directions such as 90 °, 180 °, and 270 ° to meet different connection scenarios.
7. The pump head can be increased or decreased according to the needs of the pump stage and combined with the outer diameter of the cutting impeller to meet the requirements, without changing the installation footprint, which is not available in other pump types.
